In this 3,5 hours Jivamukti Yoga Workshop Mrs Anna Kurtsevich, Yoga master, will introduce you to the transformative force that can truly effect you and change your lives.
Preliminary Schedule:
7:15 am – Meet & Greet
7:30 am – Introduction, jivamukti yoga, magic 10, pranayama and meditation
8:30 am – Break
8:45-10:45 am – Jivamukti open class Magic
11:00-11:30 am – Satsang and Q&A
If you would like to join the group later, you can do so, upon request during the break at 08:30 am.

What to bring:
Bring your own yoga mats, you might need for your yoga practice.
