Venice Jazz Festival, from July 18 to July 31
Venice, July 18, 2014 – Today begins the seventh edition of the Venice Jazz Festival. After two extraordinary previews of Paolo Conte and Keith Jarrett, come on, at the Teatro La Fenice, two new stars: pianist and composer Burt Bacharach (July 20, 20 hours) and the lady of jazz Cassandra Wilson (July 27, 20 hours).
The best of national and international jazz not will resound not only in the prestigious theater, but also in countless other venues chosen for this edition: Museums, charming Hotels, the Venetian Conservatory, cruising boats and in the typical venetian “campi” as in Rialto Market.
